Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support solutions to our diverse portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and take ownership of service calls to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to company standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve technical operations and customer experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the electronic security industry, including enterprise level systems
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic security integration technologies
  • Proven experience with systems such as CCure, Lenel, Genetec and Prowatch
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and IP-based system configuration
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and strong diagnostic ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
