Technical Field Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Service Professional to join our global organization in the semiconductor industry.

  • This role involves undertaking all maintenance activities, including installation and commissioning of products, adhering to global standards while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction:
  • The selected candidate will provide front-line support for key field service activities at customer sites, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • They will conduct faultfinding and troubleshooting to resolve or escalate issues within agreed contractual timeframes, meeting customer expectations.
  • Field service activities must be conducted within regulatory boundaries, safety, and health obligations met, with risk control measures adhered to.
  • The individual will provide detailed feedback on activities and compile clear reports for submission to line managers and/or technical support, enabling informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: University or formal qualification in an electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of field service experience in a relevant industry, ideally customer-facing.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and understand technical drawings.
