Job Overview

  • As a Field Service Engineer, you will represent the company in a professional and supportive manner, developing positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You will be responsible for responding to customer service requests, performing preventative maintenance visits, and making service recommendations to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Additionally, you will manage van stock, install new equipment on customer sites, and recycle or scrap parts efficiently.

Key Qualifications

  • Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications with field service experience are essential.
  • Excellent customer communication skills and ability to work under pressure are critical.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for recording work completed is also required.
  • A full clean driving license is necessary for this role.
