We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients in the Belfast area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and fix computer system glitches at client locations, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
  • To repair hardware components, replace parts (RAM, SSD, batteries, motherboards) and perform regular maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in repairing and swapping laptop components (RAM, SSD, Battery, motherboard).
  • Expertise in troubleshooting (PC, laptops, and other electronic devices).
  • A valid EU driving license.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Possibly server and networking experience.
  • Possibly CompTIA certification.
