Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of kit bookings, order processing, inventory transactions, loan kit coordination and ERP system monitoring.
  • This role will maintain operational continuity across logistics, kits and stock teams by processing daily order bookings, kit requests and delivery instructions in the ERP/WMS system.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining ERP inventory accuracy, coordinating surgical loan kit dispatches and returns, supporting stock initiatives and liaising with sales and customer service teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail is essential in this role, particularly in a medical industry setting.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite or similar is required.
  • Excellent documentation control and data entry accuracy are also necessary skills for this position.
  • Effective communication with warehouse, customer service and clinical teams is critical.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks under pressure and manage deadlines is essential.
  • Data experience for KPIs and MS BI or AI experience are advantageous but not necessary.
