Job Description

We are seeking a highly dynamic project manager to lead facilities, utilities and HVAC projects on site in our Additive Manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the execution of various facilities, utilities and HVAC projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, manage resources and allocate budgets effectively.
  3. Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the facilities or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
