We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our disputes and investigations team, where they will work on complex, high-value commercial disputes through litigation, arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and expert determination. Our team combines contentious experience with leading regulatory and white-collar expertise to advise on the most complex corporate crises for our client base.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in advising technology companies on disputes and contentious issues, as well as deploying various methods of dispute resolution.
  • They will also engage with regulators in response to all forms of regulatory enquiries, including information requests, investigations, and 'dawn raids'.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for bright, personable, and enthusiastic lawyers to join a dynamic team within a market-leading firm. The successful applicant should have experience or interest in some or all of the following areas:

  • Advising on disputes and contentious issues for technology companies
  • Advising on business critical commercial disputes and adopting innovative legal strategies to deal with claims brought by cohorts of customers
  • Deploying various methods of dispute resolution, including litigation, mediation, expert determination, and arbitration
  • Engaging with regulators (for example, the Revenue Commissioners, the Criminal Assets Bureau, the Data Protection Commission, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and the Health & Safety Authority) in response to all forms of regulatory enquiries, including information requests, investigations, and 'dawn raids'
