Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our team in Carlow. As an organised and enthusiastic individual, you will oversee all recruitment and selection processes, drive employee development and engagement, and maintain compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all recruitment and selection processes for the organisation.
  • Development and implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and readiness for career advancement.
  • Creation and execution of employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintenance of accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversight of payroll management through the Time and Attendance system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • A degree in HRM, Business, or similar, with CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement, payroll management, and cost control.
