Corporate Lawyer

The corporate team advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law. This includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.

Working closely with other specialist units within the firm to offer coordinated legal advice on areas such as tax, employment, commercial property and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
  • Experience working in teams and independently managing components of transactions.
  • Specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
