Claims IT Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Claims IT Director to lead our global claims platform roll-outs and oversee the implementation of technology products using agile standards and best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the claims roadmap, reviewing new claims capability requests and evaluating existing platforms for suitability.
  • Champion agile implementation methodology, delivering end-to-end customer-centric technology products.
  • Build applications with outstanding user experience and adoption.
  • Reorganize a team of 200+ internal and external resources to focus on developing code.
  • Drive technology product design and implementation using Objective and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, communicating technical information effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing and optimizing a global claims platform.
  • Significant Agile delivery experience with a global stakeholder management mindset.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large tech deliverables simultaneously.
  • Direct Agile delivery experience for large platforms, ideally with low/no-code platforms.
  • Substantial experience as a senior manager, having managed extensive innovation or IT migration programmes/portfolios.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams and developing next-generation IT talent.
  • Ability to create value within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Insurance/Finance experience preferred but not essential.
