Job Title: Claims Leader

This senior role oversees the successful deployment of global claims platforms, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of deliverables.

  • Maintains progress, takes necessary actions to ensure successful completion, and defines the claims roadmap.
  • Regularly reviews new claims capability requests, evaluating existing platforms and proposing additions of new technologies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Champions agile implementation methodology, delivering end-to-end customer-centric technology products using Agile standards, solutions, and best practices.
  • Built applications with outstanding user experience and user adoption, with tech evaluation criteria focused on these aspects.
  • Oversaw a team of 200+ internal and external resources, focusing on code development.
  • Developed skills sets for tech colleagues to ensure innovative solutions in an agile way.
  • Driven end-to-end technology product design and implementation using Objective and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborated with stakeholders across the company, requiring outstanding communication skills to convey technical complex information and concepts in easily understood terms.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing and optimizing a global claims platform.
  • Significant Agile delivery experience with a global stakeholder management mindset.
  • Proven track record of implementing large numbers of tech deliverables simultaneously.
  • Direct Agile delivery experience for large platforms, ideally with low/no-code platforms.
  • Substantial experience as a senior manager, having managed extensive innovation or IT migration programmes/portfolios.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams, including developing next-generation IT talent.
  • Ability to quickly create value within a fast-paced, complex work environment.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Insurance/Finance experience preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
