Key Sales Order Processing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented sales order processor to manage our orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the sales mailbox or other communication from customers and respond to queries and/or status updates as required.
  • Manage orders, delivery notes, shipping documents, and invoices from the ERP system with precision and accuracy.
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy before processing them efficiently.
  • Liaise with production teams to advise on availability and communicate lead-times and delays to customers in a timely manner.
  • Raise RMAs and credit notes and work closely with customers on any returns.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review and discuss all open orders and provide solutions.
  • Perform various ad hoc duties as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administration/order entry role with a focus on sales order processing.
  • Highly efficient and organized individual with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Confident with MS Office and previous ERP systems experience, preferably SAP familiarity is advantageous.
