We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Returns Agent to join our team at Dublin Airport. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.
  • Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with our fleet supervisors to ensure cars are up to companies standard.
  • Communicate regularly with our damages department with any queries related to new damage found.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends.

Your Skills:
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
  • A passion for service and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment.
