About the role
As a Customer Service Agent at Aircoach, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, playing a vital role in their travel experience.
From assisting with ticket purchases to providing route information, you'll ensure every customer receives a helpful and welcoming service.
Responsibilities:
• Sell tickets to customers using ticket machines
• Provide accurate travel and schedule information to passengers and members of the public.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist passengers with boarding and general enquiries
• Keep the ticket area clean and presentable
• Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the wider teamWhat We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in customer service or a sales-focused role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with technology and ticketing systems
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage queues effectively
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
