Job Overview

The role of HR Executive entails overseeing and enhancing recruitment processes, including championing training initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance. This involves assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.

As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will provide strategic insights to the hotel management team. They will also be responsible for preparing essential documentation for payroll purposes.

Key qualifications include 1-year experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience or exposure to Recruitment, Training and Development, and succession planning. Familiarity with the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
