The role of Manufacturing Packaging Manager is critical to ensuring efficient packaging of finished goods. Key responsibilities include managing the packaging process for efficiency and quality, overseeing the assembly of finished components or parts into products, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the packaging department, leading and mentoring team members, and analyzing complex problems related to packaging and production.
Essential Qualifications- A degree in a Life Sciences field is required, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Lead PM roles within the pharmaceutical industry is necessary.
- Proficiency in project management processes and procedures, as well as understanding of GMP procedures and practices, are essential.
- Strong competency in organizing and managing complex project activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- 3rd Level Degree (Bachelor's or higher), preferably in Science or Engineering.
- Fully proficient in GMP, able to handle complex situations and mentor others.
