We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Centre Engineer to take on this challenging role.

Job Overview

The primary focus of the Support Centre Engineer will be network-related tasks, ensuring smooth customer infrastructure project progression and internal IT issue resolution from initiation to completion. This position demands strong commitment to service quality, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for external client support requests and local internal IT issues.
  • Manage customer environments and support requests after project handover, guaranteeing day-to-day operations and prompt issue resolution.
  • Provide support to Field Engineers based on the Support Centre's technical expertise and capacity.
  • Contribute to technical support function efficiency through structured ticket management and process coordination.
  • Log all support inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Prioritise, assign, and monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, communications, and resolutions accurately within the ticketing platform.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with client contacts throughout the support process.
  • Coordinate material returns to designated RMA centres.
  • Manage internal IT infrastructure aspects, including Active Directory, firewalls, switches, access points, printers, CCTV, change control forms/documentation, daily backups, IT asset tracking, etc.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach.
  • Proven capability to manage, prioritise, and execute multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration across teams and engaging with B2B clients.
