Finance Administrator Position

Gpc Finance is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.
This position involves managing high volumes of data entry and ensuring accurate payment of subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately manage large amounts of data entry.
- Purchase Orders: Track and process purchase orders received from multiple sites.
- Subcontractor Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payments to subcontractors.
- Invoice Management: Review, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the accounts payable process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
