About the Role:
  • Manage and/or lead a small team within facilities, developing team members to increase business acumen and functional skills.
  • Plan and direct assigned operational and project activities with accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables to optimize efficiency and avoid/minimize adverse impact to safety, quality & operations.
  • Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements, working on complex issues where analysis of issues requires in-depth knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  2. Develop and implement processes to improve facilities operations, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with external contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Technical College or University Degree in a Science, Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, including high discretion/judgment in decision making.
