Box Office Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to oversee the smooth operation of our Box Office. This key role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities- Manage ticket sales and refunds in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the Box Office team with day-to-day tasks, including group bookings, reporting, and issuing agency tickets.
- Provide detailed information about facilities, events, and activities to customers, ensuring accuracy and familiarity with all relevant details.
- Supervise the sales team during peak periods, ensuring seamless customer experience.
