Job Title: Ticket Sales and Customer Service Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the box office sales team, processing ticket sales and refunds, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-line service to customers, processing ticket sales and refunds efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the day-to-day functions of the Box Office Team, including group/sports and social bookings, reporting, and issuing Agency Tickets.
  • Supervise the box office sales team, overseeing their performance and providing guidance as needed.
  • Assist with uploading event information to ticketing systems and ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage customer records on the ticketing system, maintaining historical and current data according to policy.
  • Support new team members with training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during peak periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and software.

Working Hours:

Flexibility is essential for this role, including working outside regular office hours during peak periods.
