
Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide administrative staff, and possess strong organizational and time management abilities.
">- Proven experience in office administration and supervision, with a background in housing services and/or property management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between staff, management, and external parties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and professionally
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Staff supervision, training, and guidance
- Work scheduling and task delegation
- Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Overseeing record-keeping, software databases, correspondence, and report preparation
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- Experience in office administration, housing services, and/or property management
- Prior experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or supervisory role
- An understanding and knowledge of issues relating to social housing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
