Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in customizing and installing the Swiftqueue platform for our clients. Your work will have a profound impact on providing better care for a healthier planet.

You will be part of our highly successful deployment team, demonstrating how the system works to clients and answering questions relating to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet with clients to collect data and other information required to customize software systems.
  2. Create project plans for each client, detailing tasks that need to be completed for timely installation of customized Swiftqueue systems.
  3. Communicate with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
  4. Configure the platform based on clients' individual needs and specifications.
  5. Educate clients on how to use Swiftqueue and customized system features.
  6. Document all customizations made for each client.
  7. Investigate challenges that arise for customers when using the system and communicate with relevant teams to resolve any issues.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Jira and Zendesk (or similar tools).
  • Ability to use data management systems.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
