What You Will Do

As a Central Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling policy changes and cancellations in accordance with company policies
  • Providing assistance and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the claims department with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations

You will work closely with the Team Leader and other colleagues to achieve the team's objectives and contribute to the overall success of FBD Holdings PLC.
