Our client partner is a heritage brand in the supply of Insulation Products to the Irish and International construction industries.
The Maintenance Technician will be part of a high performing team responsible for ensuring optimum performance of equipment used in Insulation production, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-up, install and maintain equipment used in Insulation production, packaging, and manufacturing processes
- Provide day-to-day engineering services in a busy high-speed manufacturing environment
- Responsible for Zone/Line performance and overall maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
- Solve problems that arise on-site quickly and efficiently
- Deliver a high-quality maintenance service to support production
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance professional
- Trade certification or other NFQ Level 6 or equivalent Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- National Craft Senior Trades Electrical or another NFQ Mechanical recognised electrical Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Multitask and have a proven track record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably across multiple industries
- Lean Six Sigma environment
