Dispute Resolution Professional

We are seeking a skilled dispute resolution professional to join our high-performance discovery team. The selected candidate will work on a high-profile litigation matter with a prominent client.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Review: Conduct thorough privilege and responsiveness reviews of legal documents.
  • e Discovery Coordination: Collaborate directly with lead counsel to manage workflows, ensure compliance with discovery policies, and optimize e discovery processes.
  • Data Analysis & Redaction: Analyze documents and media files, apply redactions to sensitive or privileged information, and maintain data integrity.
  • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys and IT teams in ensuring the discoverability of data across evolving technologies and platforms.
  • Research & Outreach: Locate and gather materials responsive to requests, conduct informal interviews, and perform document searches.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and management.
  • Classification Reviews: Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate document classification.
Requirements:
  • A degree in law is essential for this role.
  • The selected candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in discovery or e discovery, with a strong track record in managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong autonomy and collaboration skills are required to work effectively as part of a broader team.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information discreetly is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and exposure to other discovery software technology would be beneficial.
