Data Solutions Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and lifecycle management of data-driven solutions. This role requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project requirements, prioritise tasks and maintain a backlog in line with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and feasibility.
  • Present solution options and lead collaborative discussions to refine approaches.
  • Verify that implemented solutions behave as expected, particularly in terms of data management and business logic.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation covering requirements, change requests, exception scenarios, and compliance metrics.
  • Leverage data analysis to evaluate current processes, identify data quality issues, and understand compliance risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background in Data Analysis or Business Systems Analysis within complex environments.
  • Experience with regulatory, data privacy, and compliance-focused projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, capable of working across business and technical domains.
