Job Summary

The ServiceNow Platform Owner/Architect will play a critical role in supporting existing platform with strategic oversight, leadership, and technical ownership. This position requires experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform ownership and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to determine how the ServiceNow platform can be leveraged to help reach organizational goals.
  • Oversee platform governance, including change management, release management, and compliance.
  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Lead the design and development (implementation where new) of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM (including Cloud Provisioning & Governance), SAM, BCM, Now Assist, SecOps, and others.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity across all modules.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms (e.g., LeanIX, OneTrust, Saviynt, Snowflake).
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform ownership and architecture.
  • Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and/or managing enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, architecture, and data model.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
