Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow platform leader to play a critical role in supporting our existing platform with strategic oversight, leadership, and technical ownership.

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine how the ServiceNow platform can be leveraged to help reach organizational goals.
  • Oversee platform governance, including change management, release management, and compliance.
  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Lead the design and development (implementation where new) of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, BCM, Now Assist, SecOps, and others.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity across all modules.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
  • Monitor ServiceNow releases and innovations, and assess their applicability to our environment.
  • Support M&A integration efforts by onboarding new entities into the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow platform teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
