Job Description

The Product Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality, competitive, and profitable products. This role works closely with the Operations Team to ensure product compliance, quality, process improvements, turnaround time reduction, and technical support.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide adequate work instructions via Routers and Operations Sheets to ensure requirements are clearly specified.
- Review ESM and RD documents to identify and implement changes that affect company products.
- Audit the repair process to ensure compliance with specified procedures.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Promote the application of best practices to deliver robust repair processes.
- Establish and implement CTQ (Critical to Quality) metrics to monitor process stability.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checks with the Maintenance team.

Techncial Skills:
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-disciplinary processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and effective decision-making ability.
- Methodical and structured approach to process stability using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role.
- Proven success in solving problems within complex environments.
- Experience in coordinating and overseeing project activities is essential.
