Role Overview
- As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in managing and preparing complaints for oral hearings before fitness to practise committees.
- Manage and prepare complaints for oral hearings before fitness to practise committees.
- Draft legal documents, including notices of inquiry, special summonses, terms of undertakings, affidavits of service, and case management of disciplinary hearings and High Court confirmation applications.
- Case manage disciplinary hearings and High Court confirmation applications.
- Provide regulatory advice and protect the interests of the regulators represented.
- Ongoing mentoring and training of Assistant Solicitors, Trainees, and Legal Assistants as appropriate.
- Strong general experience in litigation and professional regulatory or healthcare law.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
