Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the financial operations of a bank.

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and balance a cash drawer.
  • Cash checks in accordance with bank policies.
  • Sell official checks to customers.
  • Process and balance teller work through image capture technology.
  • Engage with customers to uncover their needs and offer solutions.
  • Open new accounts and perform account maintenance.
  • Retain and expand customer relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
