Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Reliability Engineer to join our Technical Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact on the financial infrastructure platform.

About the Role
  • This role is focused on ensuring the reliability and integrity of payment flows, which is critical to the success of Stripe's business.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  2. Design and implement automated processes to streamline manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in software engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies and ecosystems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with Ruby and Java programming languages is a plus.
