Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery through effective contract management and performance assurance. Your primary focus will be on contract performance, KPIs, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate contract performance assurance teams to ensure operational standards are consistently measured and reported.
  • Develop and implement audit schedules to track performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of services and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lead monthly SLA reviews and scorecards with cleaning contractors to drive contract performance and improve overall service delivery.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of KPI reports, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in audit development and contract coordination is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual with high-level relationship skills and ability to develop and strengthen teams.
