As a seasoned professional, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving strategic digital marketing initiatives.

About the Role

  • Lead by example in a client-facing role—engaging agencies and demonstrating strong leadership while coaching your team to exceed expectations.
  • Manage a team of account managers focused on supporting agencies and their clients.
  • Drive operational excellence by creating scalable programs, optimizing workflows, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder in our agency business, representing the segment in internal and external meetings.
  • Provide regular team leadership through 1:1s, performance reviews, pipeline forecasting, and daily coaching.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Ongoing travel may be required.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead or manager role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and strategic agencies.
  • Proven track record in managing large advertisers or agency clients.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and agency business models.
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in client-facing settings.
