**Job Title:** Technical Leadership Role

This is a technical leadership position that plays a key part in advancing manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple technical disciplines, including automated manufacturing, robotics, thermal coatings, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a detailed understanding of best practices in product/process performance

  • Developing technical solutions to complex problems
  • Leading the design, development, testing, and refinement of systems and components

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Master's Degree or higher desired
  • Experience in thermal spray coatings or related deposition technologies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
