Job Title: DeltaV Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled DeltaV Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop user requirements for DeltaV modules.
  • Review and approve design documentation related to DeltaV systems.
  • Partner with local project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system.
  • Participate in Agile sprint teams for software development.
  • Assist in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning and testing.
  • Implement changes following the SDLC procedure.
  • Ensure software is implemented in a safe and quality-focused manner.
  • Configure and test the development system as required.
  • Provide training to local project teams on automation standards.
Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Training in DeltaV standard and batch.
  • At least 3 years of experience in DeltaV application.
  • Experience commissioning DeltaV systems in GMP manufacturing facilities.
  • Proven business analysis skills associated with capital projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cGMPs, SDLC methodologies, and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles.
