Excavation and Utility Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill various positions on our underground construction team.

The ideal candidate will possess existing experience working in a collaborative environment as part of a construction crew.

Key qualifications include a strong commitment to safe operations and a thorough understanding of compliance with OSHA Shoring & Trenching standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized conductors.
  • Perform manual tasks in the construction and maintenance of underground power systems.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, mini-excavators, etc.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate requirements and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel long distances on short notice, when required.
  • Ability to work extended periods in various locations, when required.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting site plans, construction prints/drawings and scopes of work.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
