Customer Success Manager Job Description\

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction (NPS), retention, referrals, and active use of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support throughout the customer lifecycle.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Renew and grow customer accounts through proactive needs anticipation, product/service recommendations, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Increase client satisfaction via Net Promoter Score.
  • Provide best-in-class customer experiences across all phases of the customer lifecycle, collaborating with implementation/project teams, administrative staff, IT teams, and users.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across departments, including sales, expansion, services, marketing, finance, customer transactions, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with the Expansion Sales team to identify, qualify, and pass on expansion leads.
  • Work alongside the Implementation team to facilitate product/module integration with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite and Directors.
  • Build and maintain direct client relationships with key stakeholders and retain those relationships.
  • Pursue client advocacy initiatives.
\Required Skills & Qualifications:\
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong direct client relationship-building skills.
  • Client advocacy initiative pursuit experience.
  • Desirable account management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience with sales CRM applications, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and natural curiosity about clients' business needs.
  • High resilience and positive attitude when faced with adversity.
  • Passion for technology and solution-centric mindset.
