Project Manager - Rail Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key railway infrastructure projects across Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and play a key role in the success of our rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, and monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage project budgets for cost control and financial accountability, and report progress and key project milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement processes and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field, and proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the rail sector.
  • Strong understanding of rail infrastructure, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification advantageous.

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.
