This role is designed to support our client's operations in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including sales and senior management.
- Interact with clients, insurance brokers, and accountants in a professional manner.
- Participate in additional projects as required.
- Effective email management and timely actioning of items.
- Answer telephone calls and respond appropriately.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- IT literacy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take instructions and participate in ad-hoc projects.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Capacity to work within a team and independently.
This role is full-time and permanent, with four days of remote work and one day in Belfast.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Belfast on designated days and work effectively in a remote setting on other days.
