
Senior Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to provide general support for our operations, sales, and management teams in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for operations, sales, and senior management teams
- Interact with clients, insurance brokers, and accountants in a professional manner
- Participate in additional projects as required
- Effective email management ensuring items are actioned promptly
- Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately
- Compliance with all relevant legislation relating to data protection and confidentiality of information
- Participate fully in training to allow understanding and progression through all operations processes
Key Requirements:
- IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Able to work within a team as well as own initiative

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a high level of IT literacy.
