Job Overview

This is a full-time/part-time position with a flexible schedule to ensure we are meeting our guests' needs. Working hours will vary depending on business requirements, but you can expect to work Monday to Sunday, with your days off varying from week to week.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring our bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas are spotless and inviting to our guests.
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Working closely with our accommodation team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The Ideal Candidate
  • We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a similar environment, who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
  • You should have strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of service standards.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Friendly, chatty, and outgoing personality, with high-level verbal and written English.
