Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide exceptional support to multiple Department Heads.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with attention to detail, professional communication, and execution.
  • Prioritization skills with high workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite and Apple Keynote.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
Responsibilities
  • Primary contact point for Department Heads with other stakeholders across the business.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information related to customers, business partners, employees, and general administration.
  • Record meeting minutes and collate pre- or post-meeting reports.
  • Prepare meeting packs, manage HR records, and approve departmental time sheets.
  • Provide phone support, manage bookings, and greet clients as necessary.
  • Manage customer/business partner correspondence, including mail merges and queries.
  • Diary management, travel arrangements, and event support.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, external bodies, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and responses.
  • General office duties, such as filing and opening post.
  • Support other management team members as required.
