Production Manager

This role is part of the Application Service Delivery team, managing complex investment management platforms and applications in a dynamic environment. We're looking for a well-rounded individual to oversee production environments, identify areas for improvement, and drive transformation.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide production management for systems used by Front Office, Operations, and Client teams.
  • Oversee the PGIM Fixed Income technology batch environment.
  • Manage ownership and accountability for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform.
  • Be available for on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends.
  • Participate in incident and problem management processes.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technology role, preferably in software development or application support.
  • A hunger for continuous learning and improving upon the status quo.
  • Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic team player.
  • Experience with database queries using SQL (MS SQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system commands.
