Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including liaising with hiring managers, developing sanction requests, and running recruitment competitions.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Liaise with DHLGH HR section to optimize LGMA sanction process;
  • Engage with hiring managers to define staffing requirements;
  • Manage the development, submission, and approval of sanction requests;
  • Manage the development of candidate booklets and advertising;
  • Run recruitment competitions;
  • Manage the interview process;
  • Manage offers process, onboarding process, and induction process;
  • Manage the personnel system to maintain accurate records of posts, positions, leavers, joiners, and movers;
  • Develop and maintain accurate personnel records to support headcount and FTE reporting, organization chart development, and statutory returns;
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Assistant Chief Executives, CEO, The DHLGH, Public Jobs, and The Access Group;
  • Develop processes and procedures on sanction and recruitment workflows;
  • Work with stakeholders to inform the development of the LGMA workforce plan.
