Finance Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading global asset manager across multi-asset classes, seeks an experienced financial professional to oversee finance and fund operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to effectively manage relationships with third-party distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, review, and supervise finance and regulatory capital as well as third-party distribution partners
- Ensure compliance with CBI regulatory requirements and minimum capital requirements
- Coordinate client transition events and monitor fund shareholder activity
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping and ensure all funds are properly accounted for with established policies and procedures
- Launch new funds and share classes
- Support the UCITS fund business
- Oversee the global distribution of funds building key relationships and serving as a central point of contact for distribution and fund-related queries
This role reports to the Senior Manager in London and CEO in Dublin.
Requirements:- Accounting fund administration or finance background
- Experience as a Designated Person or PCF function is beneficial
- Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership able to work independently
- Prior experience managing key distribution relationships is essential
- Demonstrable cross-border regulatory knowledge with a global focus
- Prior experience managing outsourced service provider relationships is highly advantageous
