Financial Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the management of our financial operations and ensure we stay on top of our costs.

This is a key role within our finance team, responsible for:

  • Recording goods deliveries and managing inventory in accordance with established procedures
  • Adhering to cost control policies and updating costings in real-time
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Monitoring and analysing purchasing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of revenue and costs

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel finance or a related field, with excellent analytical and numerical skills. They will also be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A strong background in financial management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
