As a key player in our Central Supply Planning Team at International Headquarters in Dublin, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations.

This integrated supply management position involves planning and coordinating supplies, managing inventory levels, leading a team of planners, and fostering strong relationships with global markets and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Supply Planning Manager and collaborate with other Integrated Supply Managers and the Planning Associate Director to drive business growth and excellence.

Scope of the Role
  • Supply Management: Ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet market demand.
  • Vendor Risk Management: Collaborate with planners and suppliers to mitigate supply disruptions.
  • Meeting Leadership: Lead and facilitate Sales & Operations Execution (SOE) meetings.
  • Primary Contact: Manage cluster relationships and handle escalations effectively.
  • Support and Development: Assist and develop supply planners, implement planning processes, and enhance team capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate planning projects across functions to achieve seamless integration.
  • Information Sharing: Foster accurate information sharing within the planning team.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accountability for inventory targets and optimize stock levels.
  • Performance Analysis: Understand actual performance and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Identify potential supply risks and create contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Supply Chain Strategies: Develop and recommend strategies for continuous supply development and optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Category and market understanding
  • Manufacturing process knowledge
  • Demand planning and forecasting expertise
  • SAP IBP proficiency
  • University degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Typically 6 years of work experience in supply chain
