Remote Customer Success Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work from anywhere in EMEA or our offices in Dublin, London, or Warsaw.

We are a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. We use AI to create Conversational AI agents for support, sales, and education.

Our goal is to make it easier for people to interact with technology using their voices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CS team to develop a scalable customer success playbook and framework that supports clients in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 40-50 enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Drive long-term adoption of multiple products by onboarding new clients and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor client usage and adoption to identify revenue expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success in a fast-paced SaaS organization.
  • Experience demonstrating value for clients with technical products like conversational AI.
  • Commercial experience owning renewals and expansions for a portfolio of business.
  • Strong builder mindset, focus on customer excellence, and scalable product solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
